Dermatology AFHC physicians perform many types of dermatologic procedures. Some of these services include excision of benign lesions, removal of skin tags, and treatment of warts. Our physicians also treat actinic keratoses and acne.
Diabetes Care Diabetes is the body's inability to make insulin or use it properly. It is a controllable disease but requires lifelong management by healthcare professionals and yourself.
DOT/CDL Physicals Dr. Michael Zaruba and Dr. Jeffrey Meade are registered medical examiners on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's  (FMCSA) National Registry for Certified Medical Examiners. They are able to perform DOT/CDL Physicals in accordance with the new FMCSA guidelines.
Geriatric Care Drs. Ensz, Meade, Gill, Zaruba, and Andrew Ensz care for our aging population by striving to help them maintain their independence and well being. Three times a week our physicians are available to see residents at the Good Samaritan Center. We also offer appointments at our office for this age-defined group.
Lab Services Modern, recently updated lab with two registered lab technicians. CLIA approved and offer services that include chemistries, hematology, cholesterol screening, and urinalysis.
Local Referrals Able to refer to numerous specialty clinics (i.e. cardiology, general surgery, OB/GYN, pulmunology, ENT, orthopedics). Referrals also made to physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.
Obstetrics We can confirm your pregnancy and provide OB care through your first trimester. A referral is made to an obstetrician of your choice.
Procedures/Services Audiogram, Pulmonary Function Test, Ear Irrigation, EKG, Holter Monitor (24 hour), Pulse Oximetry, Allergy Injections, Blood Pressure Checks, Drug Screen Collection, Laceration Repair, & Excision of Ingrown Nail.
Pediatrics Quality care of children including "Well-child" exams, immunizations, and childhood illnesses.
Routine Exams This includes annual health care maintenance, employment physicals, DOT physicals, Insurance physicals, Athletic physicals, and School physicals.
Women's Wellness AFHC offers Women's Health every day with any of our six providers.  If you prefer to see a female provider, please request to schedule with Dr. Amanda or Lindsey Howell, PA-C!
X-Ray Services We offer X-rays of your skull, spine, chest, hip, and all extremities.
